Maj. of the Army Michael Grinston made the announcement during a much-anticipated launch event at the National Press Club. The Army Correspondence Course Program (ACCP) has been discontinued. As of Apr. 15, 2016, retirement points are no longer awarded for completion of ACCP content. For more information regarding records and the ACCP as well as Joint Services Transcripts (JST) visit the JST site.
